The Conference Team
The International Logosynthesis Working Conference is held by a team of experienced practitioners who collaborate as a leadership group on equal footing. Together, we share responsibility for shaping the learning space and guiding the overall process of the conference.
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and reliable environment where participants can explore, learn, and develop. Our presence is grounded, open, and attentive, allowing meaningful dialogue, reflection, and professional exchange to unfold.
At the heart of our work is the intention to support the developmental processes of the participants. We hold the space, accompany, encourage, and sometimes challenge – always with care, clarity, and respect for each individual’s process.
Throughout the conference, we take on different roles in different learning settings: facilitating plenary sessions, guiding small-group processes, offering demonstrations and reflections, and supporting the integration of new insights.
Together, we create a dynamic learning field where experience, reflection, and professional growth come together, and where the collective wisdom of the group can emerge.
