Structure

Sunday

The program will start with a plenary opening session, in which the conferences attendees are welcomed by the staff and the theme as well as the concept of the conference are presented. After the opening plenary, practice groups will be created and the working groups will meet with their trainer. In the Sunday sessions of both practice groups and working groups, participants explore their learning options for the conference.

Monday to Thursday

Each of the following days will start with with a tune-in plenary like a meditation sequence or other guided processes. A working group session follows in the presence of one trainer member, in which the attendees get the opportunity to work on individual issues.

After a two-hour lunch break, the practice groups will meet for an hour. In these sessions they will work in the same format used in other seminars of our Logosynthesis training program. After a tea break, a group supervision can be attended on a voluntary basis to promote learning about yourself as a professional. After a short break the Spiral plenary (exploring the field) will offer an opportunity to reflect, share and experience anything that’s relevant for the learning of attendees as well as trainer members.

Friday

On Friday morning, the attendees will meet in newly created, future pacing groups, to prepare the transition from the conference to daily life at home. Trainer members are assigned to each of these groups. After the coffee break, a closing plenary will take place, in which there will be a place for an integration of the learning of the conference as a whole, as well as a closing exercise around the theme of the conference. We close the Logosynthesis conference with the farewell lunch together.

Group Supervision – Logosynthesis Working Conference

Supervision is an essential part of practicing Logosynthesis, offering safety, clarity, and support – for both practitioners and their clients. In a protected, trusting space, you can reflect on your own work, discover blind spots, and explore what client relationships may trigger in you. Challenging experiences can be addressed, and you learn that you are not alone – someone is there to guide and support you.

How it works:

  • Up to five participants join the supervisor in the inner circle (“fishbowl”), while others sit in the outer circle and observe.
  • The supervisor works directly with one or two participants on real topics from practice or professional challenges.
  • Inner circle participants can also contribute under the supervisor’s guidance.
  • Outer circle participants observe the process through the Logosynthesis perspective and learn how supervision can enhance their own work.

Topics may include:

  • Recognizing transference and countertransference
  • Building a solid working alliance
  • Timing, pacing, and creating clarity in sessions
  • Handling challenges that arise in coaching or therapy

Group supervision offers hands-on learning and deep professional development. It strengthens your confidence, enhances your skills, and ultimately benefits your clients.

Spiral plenary

In the Spiral plenary we explore the field together. All threads of the conference are brought together and linked. According to the program, this container offers the opportunity for exchange and discussion within the framework of the conference theme with all trainees and the full staff. The Spiral plenary has an open structure with simple rules:

  • It lasts exactly one hour
  • The time limit is marked by the closing and reopening of the door by one of the team members.
  • There is a chair for everyone.
  • The chairs are in a clearly defined order.
  • The task is to enable learning, for themselves and for others.

The interventions of the participants as well as the Staff members in the Spiral plenary can be everything between active participation and silence. The learning of all participants about the Self, the world and Essence, Logosynthesis, counselling and therapy, in the frame of the Conference Theme, is the task of the Spiral plenary.

Space and Time structure

We create a safe environment for learning through a clear space and time structure. So we expect all participants to stay at the seminar hotel. You can share a room with another participant. Your relatives or friends cannot stay with you in the hotel during the conference. If you plan holidays with your partner or family, please plan before or after the conference. Please do not bring your pet animal with you.

We also stay together at breakfast, lunch and supper. This structure will help you to go with your own process. Thank you for respecting the space and time structure of the Logosynthesis Conference.

Group Size and Language

The conference will take place with at least 20 registered participants. The house offers rooms for 60 people.

The conference language is English. But you will find enough people to help you for translation. You will improve your English for sure.
